Acknowledge you are a sinner and turn to Jesus Christ from your sin and unbelief.
Luke 13:3, 5 "I tell you, Nay: but, except ye repent, ye shall all likewise perish."
To repent is to have a change of mind resulting in a change of direction. You realize the path you are on is in the wrong direction, so instead, you turn around and come to Jesus Christ in faith.
Believe on Jesus Christ as your only Saviour and trust Him for salvation from your sin.

Call on Jesus Christ, expressing your repentance from sin and your faith in Him to save you from your sins.
Romans 10:9-10 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
Romans 10:13 "For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved."
Dear Heavenly Father,
I acknowledge that I am a sinner deserving of death in hell for all of eternity. I cannot save myself. I believe that Jesus Christ, Your Son, died on the cross to pay for my sins and is risen from the dead in victory. Lord, save me from my sin and be my Saviour. Thank you for keeping Your Word and saving my soul. In Jesus name, Amen"
